Welcome to NorthFly Travel (NorthFlyTravel.com). By engaging our luxury travel concierge services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Quotations
All custom itineraries, private helicopter charters, and luxury tea estate reservations are finalized via direct consultation with our Senior Concierge Desk. Quotations are provided upon confirmation of guest count and travel dates.
2. Inner Line Permits & State Regulations
Guests traveling to restricted states (Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur) must submit valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar / Passport) for permit processing. NorthFly Travel handles pre-clearance with regional authorities.
3. Weather & High Altitude Adjustments
Helicopter charters and high-altitude mountain passes (such as Sela Pass) are subject to weather clearances by aviation and military authorities. Alternative ground luxury transport in 4x4 SUVs will be arranged if flight paths are temporarily restricted.
